The Learning Labs 1 & 2 are a part of the Learning Commons (Level A); the Labs are separated by folding glass doors. The Labs are air-conditioned. Each lab has three (3) white boards. Lab 1 is equipped with an LCD projector and screen (please note currently the projector is not available in Lab 1). Lab 2 is equipped with a wall mounted tv screen.  The Labs may be booked for teaching, peer mentoring, practising presentations, workshops or meetings (please note as the maximum number allowed in each lab is 40 people; smaller groups may be required to share the lab with other students).   For any other use e.g. group discussions, if the lab is available there is no need to book you may just walk in. 

  • All bookings need to be made at least 1 day in advance.  ANY WEEKEND BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 4PM FRIDAY WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL MONDAY.

A Learning Lab may be booked up to one week in advance online.  Should you require an advance booking that cannot be made online please email learningcommons@usp.ac.fj

Please note:  i) Bookings will be cancelled and given to another party if the original group does not show up 15 minutes after booking time.  ii) Once a booking is made you will receive a confirmation email please keep this as proof of your booking.
